The firm provides advice to banks and financial institutions, securities dealers, brokers, and fund managers in all aspects of banking, stock exchange activities, securities and capital markets regulations including the preparation of offering memoranda and prospectuses for private and public offerings; obtaining licenses from the regulatory authorities; and assisting clients in compliance with reporting, disclosure, and governance requirements. The firm provides comprehensive services to clients relative to facility and loan agreements they enter into with lenders as well as support in judicial enforcement matters, seizure and attachment procedures. The firm served as counsel to the Palestinian Monetary Authority and the Palestinian Capital Market Authority on a number of regulatory matters including review of laws and regulations. |
