It works  extensively with the concerned government bodies to develop the legal framework in line with WTO standards for future accession.  It has been involved in the establishment and privatization of power and electricity projects. It provides counsel to entities that  distribute electricity and purchase power from producers and wholesales. It has extensive experience in the water sector and environmental protection and has advised various Palestinian and international organizations involved in water and environmental issues. The firm has served as legal counsel to entities involved in water-related infrastructure projects including desalination in Gaza and municipal water-related services.  It provides advice and prepares the legal documentation to support project finance transactions in water and waste water, telecommunications, energy, transportation, and industrial zone development. The firm represents a number of local and international clients in the technology sector and advises on cyber law, e-commerce, and cross-border data transfers.  The firm is involved in the set up of the competition legal regime and works closely with the concerned government agencies. The firm is engagement in preparing and reviewing government contracts and related dispute resolution.
