Serving as lead counsel to the Palestinian Water Authority in drafting the Palestinian Water Law and the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, as well as, drafting the Environmental and Water Laws regulations. Husseini & Husseini has also advised various Palestinian and international organizations involved in water and environmental issues. The firm has served as legal counsel to entities involved in water-related infrastructure projects including desalination in Gaza and municipal services in Bethlehem and Hebron. |
