Husseini & Husseini has evolved and grown, but this didn't occur overnight nor was it haphazard. Recruiting Associates

To be perfectly candid, we work on some of the most challenging business and legal issues facing our domestic and international clients in an emerging market where most issues are unique and require very creative responses.  When you work at a firm with this level of sophistication and quality, it can mean short-notice assignments and putting in some late hours. Training and Stage

Straight out of law school, were offer the statutory two-year stage (training) required for any lawyer and qualify you to sit for the bar exam to obtain the license.  We are ranked the number one law firm in Palestine in providing training where, upon completing their training, the lawyers are either placed at the firm and continue as associates or move on to prestigious jobs.  We have placed our trainees at the President’s Office, the Council of Ministers, the Elections Committee, specialized public agencies, law firms, the  Public Prosecutor’s Office, and international agencies and organizations. Our brand of excellence is sought after and pursued by a host of corporations as well for their in-house recruitment. 

 

Advanced Academic Training and Skill Development

Since our philosophy is that a good lawyer is always learning, we focus on three main components to our professional development program:

• Professional Skills
• LLM Programs in the US and Europe
• Certificates and Diplomas

We encourage our associates to seek advanced skill and academic training and support their placement in LLM programs and assist them in securing scholarship for study aboard.  We immerse them in professional skills programs and have them obtain certificates and diplomas in specific fields of business study or related areas.

 

Foreign Summer Associates

One of our most unique programs is hosting foreign summer associates at the firm.  The firm offers bilingual services to clients.  The foreign summer associates work in English.  The program is usually 10 weeks long, during which the summer associate gets the chance to explore practice areas in a foreign jurisdiction and be exposed to a multitude of issues in a different legal system.  They experience a different culture, and enjoy the travel in region were our location permits short trips to a number of tourist hot spots.
